With the growing success of the boys’ recreation basketball program at Northern Highlands, the Upper Saddle River Basketball Association, The Ho-Ho-Kus Basketball Association and the Allendale Basketball Association are announcing the creation of a high school recreation basketball program for girls from 9-12th grade.
