In keeping with our pledge for fiscal and environmental responsibility, beginning with the March, 2012 issue, the Borough Bulletin will be published every other month. All important information for a two-month period will be incorporated into one issue of the Borough Bulletin as follows: March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, November/December, January/February. In addition, all pertinent issues will be posted on the Upper Saddle River website usrtoday.org.

All articles must be submitted to USRBULLETIN@aol.com no later than the 10th day of the month prior to publication date, for example if your event is in March/April, e-mail the article by February 10th.

All inserts must be approved by the administrator prior to being submitted to Avenue Printing (Only 2 inserts per Newsletter are permitted.) Avenue Printing determines the color paper, the price, and the layout of the notice in conjunction with the organization submitting the insert.

Any change of dates or times for meetings must be given to the editor.

There are always exceptions as determined by the Borough Administrator.
However, compliance would be greatly appreciated.
