BOROUGH ADMINISTRATOR/CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Borough Administrator oversees the day to day operation of Borough business and departments, maintains personnel policies and personnel records of Borough employees. The Borough Administrator acts as liaison with County, State and Federal agencies. The Borough Chief Financial Officer oversees the finances of the Borough, reports to the Council on the Borough's financial condition, oversees the budgeting process, and maintains continuing review of budgets.

BOROUGH CLERK

The Borough Clerk works in conjunction with the Mayor and Council. The Clerk prepares the agenda, attends Council meetings, takes and transcribes minutes of all meetings. The Clerk keeps all records of agreements, contracts, legal documents, and conducts elections. The Clerk advertises all legal notices, files maps, performance bonds and guarantees and handles requests for public information.
